Known and loved for its distinctive taste, London Pride is the most awarded and at the same time the best known beer from Fuller’s portfolio. It is the best-selling beer in the UK earning over time distinctions like Champion beer of Britain (1979) or Supreme Champion (2000) at International Beer and Cider Competition. Writer Roger Protz described it very well by saying “surprisingly complex for its power”. Has a color of amber with a white foam, its aroma being strong of caramel and notes of herbs and citrus. The initial taste is of malt followed by the bitterness of the harmonious taste of hop combined with grapefruit. All of these make London Pride a comprehensive beer with medium carbonation which completes you at first with light sweetness followed by the malt that perfects its balanced taste.

In the composition of Paulaner Dunkel there’s a bigger proportion of integral wheat malt than in the common beers, because it is produced by a special process. It is a non-alcoholic unfiltered beer that is produced the same way like the other unfiltered beers of Paulaner range. It’s the first non-alcoholic weissber launched in 1986. Paulaner Weissber N.A. is produced of the best wheat malt which offers a refreshing taste typical of Paulaner beer. The extraction of alcohol takes place after the finalization of the traditional fabrication process. This beer contain a lot of microelements , minerals and vitamins with a high isotonic effect. It has a turbid orange color exactly like a weissbier. The foam is surprising, three and a half fingers high, clear white that persists for a long time, unparticular for non-alcoholic beers. Has a heavy body, with notes of bread and biscuits with a light aroma of yeast, citrus and banana and even chewing gum.

It’s an “Ale” type of beer with the color of amber from Kent zone England. It has wonderful and generous aromas of sour malt, soft raisins, sweet orange completed with the freshness of floral, herbaceous aromas and with the three types of hop that was raised in Kent zone. Spitfire has a fine and well balanced aroma, it starts with an explosion of malt bathed in the morning dew continued with the aroma of hop which gives this beer a final complex aroma.

Spitfire holds the gold medal and the Best Strong Cask-Conditioned Beer of The World at the Brewing Industry International Awards and enjoys the privilege of having a geographical indication such as champagne.
