It is a white unfiltered wheat beer, with a golden yellow color and consistent white foam which lasts in the glass until the end. At the beginning it is mild, shrouded with the aroma of banana which completes perfectly with the taste of hop, clove and cereals. The end is particularly refreshing and light, the aroma of spicy tart and citrus-flavored taste surprises us. This exceptional beer is completed by the smell of tropical fruits and smell of spices.

In the composition of Paulaner Dunkel there’s a bigger proportion of integral wheat malt than in the common beers, because it is produced by a special process. That’s what it gives that irresistible chestnut brown color. It has a strong and fresh taste followed by a fried malt aroma and scent, also smells of spices.

It is a non-alcoholic unfiltered beer that is produced the same way like the other unfiltered beers of Paulaner range. It’s the first non-alcoholic weissber launched in 1986. Paulaner Weissber N.A. is produced of the best wheat malt which offers a refreshing taste typical of Paulaner beer. The extraction of alcohol takes place after the finalization of the traditional fabrication process. This beer contain a lot of microelements , minerals and vitamins with a high isotonic effect. It has a turbid orange color exactly like a weissbier. The foam is surprising, three and a half fingers high, clear white that persists for a long time, unparticular for non-alcoholic beers. Has a heavy body, with notes of bread and biscuits with a light aroma of yeast, citrus and banana and even chewing gum.
